Spring and Easter are traditionally the first busy wave before the summer season at Václav Havel Airport Prague. Car parks directly at the airport pickup point are often full during these days and prices are usually much higher than outside the season.
Book in advance – capacity is limited
Our off-airport car parks in Horoměřice and on Drnovská have limited capacity. During the spring and summer season, we recommend booking at least a few days in advance. Booking through Parkovato takes about 2 minutes and requires no deposit.

The spring rush does not wait for June. Shuttle slots disappear fastest around Easter, the long weekends of 1 and 8 May and the school spring holidays. It is not just about parking spaces — the booking system also manages the number of seats in each shuttle, so popular morning times sell out before the car park itself is full. Once you know your departure date, it pays to book early; there is no online payment and you can change the booking for free via the link in your confirmation email.
Which prices apply in spring
For spring dates up to 31 May, the winter price list applies: parking starts at 900 CZK and a week costs 1,100 CZK in total, shuttle both ways included. For dates from 1 June, the summer season applies, with prices from 800 CZK and a week at 1,300 CZK. Three practical tips for a spring departure
First: morning flights in season mean queues at check-in — choose your arrival time so you are at the terminal at least 2.5 hours before departure; the shuttle ride takes about 5 minutes depending on traffic. Second: the car stays outdoors, but in spring there is no ice scraping after your return.
