Rules for reservation, parking, shuttle, payment and return to your car.
1. Operator and service
The operator is Matyáš Mašín, Company ID 01379178, VAT ID CZ9211070033, Holýšovská 2923/4, 155 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.
The service includes an outdoor car park near Václav Havel Airport Prague and a shuttle to the agreed pickup point at the airport and back to your car.
2. Reservation
A reservation in advance is required. The customer truthfully enters the arrival at the car park, the return to the car, the number of persons, contact details and vehicle details.
The reservation confirms the available location, the price, the shuttle capacity and practical instructions by e-mail.
3. Price and payment
The price is based on the valid price list and the date confirmed in the reservation. All prices include VAT.
No advance payment is required online. Payment is made on arrival at the car park in cash in CZK or EUR. Card payment is currently not possible.
4. Changes and cancellation
The customer can change or cancel the reservation via the link in the confirmation e-mail. If the flight time, arrival, vehicle or number of persons changes, please report the change as early as possible.
No cancellation fee is charged when the reservation is cancelled before the planned arrival at the car park.
If you return later than reserved, the extra time is charged according to the valid price list.
5. Car park, security and liability
The car parks are outdoor, fenced, lit and equipped with CCTV recording. They are not covered, and the vehicle is exposed to normal weather conditions.
The customer parks the car personally and keeps the vehicle keys, unless an additional service is agreed separately. The service is provided as outdoor parking with a shuttle; the vehicle is not taken into custody and is not handled by the operator unless explicitly agreed.
If the customer notices vehicle damage, a suspected incident or any other unusual situation after return, it must be reported to the staff without undue delay, ideally before leaving the car park. The operator will help verify the situation using available information and CCTV footage. Any liability for damage is assessed individually according to the cause of the incident and applicable law.
Valuables, documents, money, electronics and other loose items should not be left in the vehicle. The operator is not responsible for normal weather effects at an outdoor car park or for items left inside the vehicle unless liability follows from applicable law.
6. Shuttle and pickup after arrival
The shuttle to the airport pickup point and back is free within the parking price. After landing, the customer calls as soon as they have their luggage and can walk to the pickup point. Without checked luggage, the customer calls after leaving the plane.
During peak times, traffic, weather or airport operations, waiting times may occur. The operator coordinates the pickup according to the current shuttle situation.
7. Receipt and invoice
The customer receives a receipt upon payment. Please provide company or VAT details before the receipt is issued, ideally in the reservation note.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Questions, complaints or claims regarding the reservation, payment, shuttle or service should first be addressed directly to the operator by phone at +420 776 488 558 or by e-mail at parkovisteletisteruzyne@seznam.cz. Please include the reservation number, parking dates, contact details and a brief description of the situation.
If the customer is a consumer and the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the competent alternative dispute resolution body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate - ADR Department, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic. The ADR website is https://adr.coi.cz/.
