This website uses its own consent banner. Necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default and enabled only according to your choice.

Analytics and marketing tools

We use the following tools to measure traffic and improve the customer journey:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) for traffic sources and booking handoffs. Google Consent Mode v2 starts with storage set to denied. After rejection, Google may receive a limited cookieless technical signal, but analytics and advertising identifiers are not stored.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for heatmaps and session recordings. We load it only after analytics consent and pass the decision through Consent API v2. Available first-party identifiers are removed when consent is withdrawn.
• Sklik (Seznam.cz) — website retargeting. We load the script only after marketing consent and send the hit with consent: 1. Without consent we do not start this retargeting.
• OpenAI Ads — measurement of visits from ChatGPT ads. We load the pixel only after marketing consent and set consent to false before initialization. On withdrawal we stop further measurement events and remove accessible __oppref and __obref identifiers. A page view is not a completed booking.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the permanent Cookie settings button in the lower-left corner. Rejection sends the denied state and removes available first-party Google, Clarity and advertising cookies.
