How airport parking works without unnecessary shuttle waiting

Before you start the reservation
In the form, you enter the parking dates and arrival at the car park, not your flight departure time. This lets the system check shuttle capacity for your passenger count and keep the transfer smooth.
What happens after submitting the reservation
After booking, it must be clear where to go, when to arrive and how to manage changes. The process stays without advance payment, with email confirmation and with online booking management.
Confirmation email
The email includes arrival, return, selected location, contact details and a link to edit or cancel the booking.
No online payment
No deposit is required. You pay cash on arrival at the car park, in CZK or EUR.
Drive to the confirmed address
Use the address in your confirmation email. Call us if you are unsure about the route, timing or any instruction.
Changes are possible
You can edit or cancel the booking from the confirmation email. The phone is for help and questions; the booking itself is created online.
Reminder before arrival
Before arrival we send a reminder email that you have parking booked, together with the key instructions.
Book a spot in advance online
Advance booking is required — without it we cannot serve you. Create the booking online on parkovato.cz. We are happy to help by phone at +420 776 488 558, but the customer creates the booking online so the system can check parking and shuttle capacity immediately. Confirmation arrives by email.
Booking takes 2 minutes. In the first step, you enter arrival at the car park, return to your car and number of passengers — the system checks shuttle availability for that time. If your selected time is full, it shows the nearest available times so the transfer can be planned smoothly. After submitting the reservation, you receive an email confirmation. Enter the discount code SLEVA2026 in the booking summary and save 100 CZK.
Arrive at one of our car parks
We have 2 car parks near Václav Havel Airport Prague for you:
- Horoměřice — Hrdinů 94, Horoměřice, 252 62
- Drnovská — Drnovská 507/73, Prague 6 – Ruzyně
Both car parks are about 5 minutes' drive from the airport depending on traffic. On arrival, stop at the office (at Drnovská it is the pergola), pay and the driver shows you where to park.
The car parks are outdoor, uncovered, but in enclosed, fenced and illuminated compounds with a CCTV system. The compound is fenced, illuminated and equipped with CCTV recording.
Shuttle to the airport pickup point
Right after parking, the shuttle takes you in an air-conditioned vehicle from the car park to the agreed airport pickup point at Václav Havel Airport Prague. The ride usually takes around 5 minutes depending on traffic and is included in the parking price.
We provide the shuttle non-stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays, at night and early morning. Your flight ticket and luggage — that's all you need to worry about.
On return – call us and we'll come to pick you up
Once you land back, collect your luggage and then call us at +420 776 488 558. If you have no checked luggage, call after leaving the aircraft when you are ready to go to the pickup point. The driver will confirm the agreed airport pickup point and arrive according to the current shuttle situation.
We'll take you back to the car park and your vehicle — again included in the parking price. You pay in cash upon arrival at the car park. Not sure where to go? Check our airport pickup guide.
Technical vehicle assistance is not included in the basic parking price. If your vehicle is not roadworthy after your return, please arrange roadside assistance; the car park team can provide the address and location.
