Enter the time you will arrive at the car park, your expected return to the car and the number of passengers. The booking system shows the price and available shuttle capacity. You can complete everything in your web browser — installing the app is not required.
Autumn half-term, Christmas and winter holidays follow a different rhythm from the summer peak. The key is not to arrive vaguely “as early as possible”, but to enter the correct details and arrive at the time confirmed in your booking.
1. Book using your actual arrival time at the car park
The first field is the date and time you will reach the car park, not your flight departure time. The second is your expected return to the car after landing. Passenger numbers matter because shuttle capacity is planned around them.
Arrive at the time shown in your confirmation. There is no need to add an automatic 45-minute buffer. Allow separately for check-in and security according to your airline’s advice.
2. Check prices against your arrival date
The public price list has separate periods for September–October 2026 and November 2026–May 2027. Your arrival date and the number of started calendar days determine the total. Always check the exact amount in CZK and EUR in the current price list or booking.

3. Your confirmation contains the exact location
We operate two car parks: Horoměřice and Prague–Drnovská. The location offered depends on availability for your dates. Your confirmation contains the exact address and arrival instructions; follow that information on the day.
4. You park the car; the key choice is yours
You park your own car. By default, you take the keys with you. If you prefer not to carry them while travelling, ask us to store them securely in the car park safe. We do not move the car unless an additional service has been agreed in advance.
5. The airport shuttle is included
Once parked, the driver takes you and your luggage to the agreed airport pickup point. The drive usually takes about five minutes, depending on traffic. The standard shuttle to the airport and back to your car is included in the parking price.
6. After landing, call once you have collected your luggage
Clear any controls and collect all luggage first. Then call the driver, who will confirm the exact meeting point and take you back to your car. This avoids unnecessary waiting at the roadside.

For an early departure, follow the arrival time in your confirmation; the shuttle also operates at night. After landing, call when you have your luggage and are ready to walk to the pickup point. Contact the team in advance if your return date changes.
