Planning a flight and deciding where to leave your car? Near Prague Airport, travellers most often compare price, distance from the terminal, how the car park is equipped and whether the airport transfer is included.
What is an off-airport car park?
An off-airport car park is a parking area intended for longer stays during a holiday or business trip. It is usually not directly at the terminal, but a few minutes' drive from the airport. That is why the price is usually lower than official airport garages and terminal car parks.
With us, you park in Horoměřice or on Drnovská in Prague 6. After parking, the airport shuttle is included and after your return we pick you up by arrangement.
How to recognise a well-equipped car park
With off-airport parking, look at specific features, not general promises. It is important that the operator clearly explains how the area works, how arrival is handled and how the return from the airport is arranged.
- fenced or clearly defined area,
- camera system,
- lighting at night,
- 24/7 phone contact,
- clear arrival, handover and airport shuttle process.
When to choose off-airport parking
Off-airport parking pays off mainly when parking for several days or longer. Typical cases are a week-long holiday, an extended weekend, a business trip or long-term parking. If you do not need to stand right at the terminal door, the saving can be significant.
What to watch out for when choosing
Always compare the total price for the whole period, not just the first-day price. Also check whether the airport transfer is included, whether night arrival is possible and whether the reservation can be changed or cancelled without complicated administration.
With Parking Ruzyně, the airport shuttle both ways is included, the service runs 24/7 and no advance payment is required online.

Calculate price and reserveWhat a long-stay car park is and who it suits
A long-stay car park is an area outside the most expensive zone right at the terminal where your car stays on an outdoor parking site for the whole trip. A shuttle takes you to the airport — at our car park it is included in the price, both ways, 24/7 according to booked times. It pays off for almost anyone flying for more than 1–2 days: the longer the stay, the bigger the difference compared to parking right at the terminal. You park the car yourself and the keys stay with you the entire time.
Long-stay car park vs. parking right at the terminal
A week with us costs 1,300 CZK in summer and 1,100 CZK in winter in total, including the shuttle to the airport pickup point and back. The ride takes about 5 minutes depending on traffic, so the time difference versus parking at the terminal is minimal. Official airport car parks price by zone and date — check current rates on the airport website. Our full price list by number of days is here; for longer stays a parking day works out at roughly 100–160 CZK.
How the handover works
No key handover, no paperwork: you arrive at the confirmed address, pay on site in cash (CZK or EUR), park in the assigned spot and the driver takes you to the terminal. After your return, call +420 776 488 558 once you have your luggage and the shuttle takes you back to your car. The whole procedure, including frequent questions, is on the how it works page and in the FAQ.
