- Take the included shuttle to the airport pickup point — about a five-minute drive depending on traffic.
- After landing, call us once you have your luggage, and the shuttle brings you back to your car.
What you pay on arrival
You pay at the car park, in cash, and you can choose Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR) — handy if you are arriving from abroad and have not changed money yet. The amount is exactly the total the calculator showed when you booked: there is no separate shuttle fee and no booking surcharge added later. If you would like a receipt or an invoice for the parking, just ask when you pay.

Free cancellation by email
Because no money changes hands online, cancelling costs nothing. If your plans change, simply reply to your confirmation email or call +420 776 488 558. We just ask that you let us know as early as you can, so the space and the shuttle seat can be released for another traveller. There is no deposit to lose and no cancellation fee to reclaim.
Your keys stay with you
You drive in, park the car yourself in the marked area and take the keys with you to the airport. Nobody needs to move your vehicle while you are away, so there is no key handover and no valet shuffling. The lot is fenced, lit and covered by CCTV, and the car waits exactly where you left it until you return.
Shuttle to the airport — and back — included
The parking price covers the regular shuttle from the car park to the airport pickup point near the terminals, roughly a five-minute drive depending on traffic. After your return flight you call once you have your luggage (or are ready to walk to the agreed meeting point without checked bags), and the driver brings you back to the car. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day and carries everyone in your party, so for families and groups the cost of a taxi or train to the terminal disappears entirely.
